Singapore, 1994: After her parents' separation, Ah Girl lives in a small flat with her younger sister, Ah Tian (5), Pa and Grandma, only visiting her Mum on weekends. When faced with the choice to live with her Pa or Mum, Ah Girl becomes increasingly aware that her family life is far from normal. As she’s forced to grow up far too quickly, we walk together alongside her on this poignant journey, observing the confusing world of adults through Ah Girl's eyes.
